Refund policy

Return Policy 

All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and in new, original condition in the original package.  Due to the hygienic nature of our products, any items returned in worn or used condition will not be honored. Custom items (made to order sizes), face masks, Shower Soc, and S&H are non-refundable.  We gladly offer free exchanges for another size of like items. 

All returns require prior authorization and are subject to a restocking fee of $6.99.  Customer is responsible for return postage costs. Claims of non-receipt must be made within 14 days of purchase.  Returned, undeliverable mail will incur additional postage charges for re-delivery.

30-Day Warranty

All decorative covers from the Cover Fashions TM collection, are warranted by The Learning Loft, LLC to the original purchaser to be free from defects under normal use in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.  During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the cover will be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge.  This warranty does not apply if the cover has been misused, abused, or altered.  To obtain warranty service, you must send the cover to us, postage paid, with a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
