Order Processing

Most orders ship in 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday (8AM-4PM EST),  excluding holidays.  Custom orders may take longer.  We attempt to ship every order as soon as possible. For domestic orders, please allow 2-7 business days* after shipment for your order to arrive, depending the delivery option selected (First Class Mail, Prioirty Mail, or Prioirty Mail Express).  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns or require expedited processing.   

Shipping Charges and Delivery - Flat Rate Shipping on ALL Orders

US Domestic Orders:  All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders over $25 will ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders under $25, will incur a low $3.49 Flat Rate Shipping Fee. Please allow 3-7 business days* after shipment for your order to arrive.  Optional tracking, Priority Mail (2-3 day transit time), or Express Mail (1-3 day transit time) are available at an additional charge.  Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed

International Orders: All international orders ship via USPS Air Mail, International Priority Mail, or International Express Mail. Free shipping offers do not apply. Tracking and delivery times will vary and are dependent upon the destination country mail service, regulations, and customs procedures. Customer is responsible for any destination VAT, import fees, etc.  Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any late or lost deliveries outside of US borders.

*Note: Claims of non-receipt must be made within 14 days of purchase.  Returned, undeliverable mail will incur additional postage charges for re-delivery. *Once an order leaves our facility, please understand that delivery times will vary and are dependent upon the postal service response time and mail volume. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any late deliveries, so please order early to avoid any disappointments.  Tracking, Priority Mail or Express Mail is recommended for trackability.
