Our regular cast covers are made from a smooth, stretchy fabric ideal for daytime wear — they look polished under clothing and are great for work, school, and outings. The fleece covers are made from soft polar fleece, making them the better choice for sleeping, lounging, and cold weather. Many customers own both and switch between them depending on the situation.
Will the fleece cover fit over my cast?
Our fleece covers are available in standard sizes (Child and Adult) for both arm and leg casts, as well as custom sizing for unusual dimensions. Use the measuring guide below to find your correct size. The stretchy fleece fabric accommodates most standard cast shapes.
Can I wear this to sleep every night?
Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The soft polar fleece is gentle on skin and bedding, and the cover is durable enough for nightly use throughout your recovery. We recommend having 2 covers to rotate while one is washing.
Is this warm enough for winter?

How do I care for my fleece cast cover?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not use chlorine bleach or tumble dry on high heat as this can damage the fleece texture.
